Even though the interface is run by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to make payments via credit or debit card. If ordering via check or money order, please make contact and specify which item(s) you wish to order, so they can be placed on hold for you. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING CDR RELEASES:
Before ordering a CDR release, please make sure your particular CD player plays audio CDRs properly. If a disc is faulty, please return it and we will consider an exchange for another copy of the same item, or refund your payment.
BEFORE REPORTING ANY FAULTY ITEM:
Please make sure the disc is free from dust or other debris before trying to play it. Try playing the CD, CDR or DVD on more than one player to determine if there is a consistency in a particular error. Some newer CD players have issues with certain CDs and CDRs, while others won’t. Sometimes the optical lens on a CD player is dirty and therefore prone to reading errors, so keep your CDs and CD player clean. Postage costs for returned items will only be reimbursed for items proven to be faulty. We cannot give a full refund for items that are damaged by the customer or if they were not properly protected when returned in the mail.
THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING DVD RELEASES:
Before ordering a DVD release, please make sure your particular DVD player (or computer) plays the specified format or region code (NTSC, PAL, Region 1, 2, etc) for the DVD being sold.
